Man Up with Man Soap

Ok Guys! You can have your Man Cave,
and you can have your Man Soap.
A soap handmade according to the taste of a man.
You can man up with the minty, earthy, fresh scent of Man Soap.
Experience the cool, tingling sensation that soothes and cleanses your skin.
You are sure to feel 100% more manly when you lather up all over
with the fresh blast of peppermint and eucalyptus.
The crushed dried peppermint in this bar will give you extra scrubbing power,
so you come out squeaky clean and looking good.

Beware after scrubbing with Man Soap you may feel an increase
in energy and concentration.
You may be motivated to work on that “Honey Do List”.  Or Not?
You will feel uplifted and smell fantastic, so you can get out in the world
and make lasting memories.

So what are you waiting for Man Up with some Man Soap.
The great news is that you can buy some Man Soap,
and you will still have some extra money for grilling and beer.
Thanks for stopping by, and reading my banter
about all things Man Soap.

Aromatherapy At Home

Creative aromatherapy tips with essential oils
to try at home.

  • If you are burning a unscented candle or it needs a little boost of scent, simply drop a few drops of oil in the melted wax to gently diffuse aroma (avoid direct flame). Peppermint essential oil early in the morning is a fabulous idea to wake you up and get you going.
  • You can add a few drops of Lavender Essential oil to your bath or the kiddos tub. Creating a heavenly, super relaxing and stress free feeling. If you have a cold skip the lavender and add a few drops of Eucalyptus to breath easy.
  • Try heating a small pot of water, pour it into a bowl, and add a few drops of oil and let the aromatic smell fill the entire room. Use rosemary or ginger essential oils to increase alertness, or a replace with few drops of jasmine for romance.

Essential Oils Uses

How did I ever live without my essential oils,
they have so many wonderful uses in one little bottle?
It is awesome that with essential oils “less is more” and a tiny bit of oil has a big impact.
  • For a quick morning pick me up, place a few drops of peppermint essential oil on the bottom of the shower. This will help boost your mood for the day.
  • Place 1 drop of each lavender and peppermint on the bottom of your pet carrier while taking long trips with your dog. The oils will help to calm down nervous or hyperactive and prevent car sickness. Your doggie will thank you.
  • Each night before bedtime I spray my pillow with lavender room and linen spray. I sleep like a baby all night long.
  • When I am feeling a little fatigued during the day instead of a afternoon cup of coffee. I grab the bottle of peppermint essential oil and inhale for a cooling boost. I find myself back to giving 100% in no time.
  • When anyone in our family feels like we are getting a cold we simply rub a few drop of eucalyptus under our noses before bedtime. Breathing easy all night long.
  • To energize my workout I spray my energize mat with peppermint room and linen spray.

I hope that you have enjoyed these tips about aromatherapy
with the use of essential oils.
I love using essential oils that are highly concentrated and 100% plant extracts.

I would love to hear how you use essential oils?
