Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary oil is one of the most popular essential oils, and also one my favorites.  I love the herbaceous, crisp, and lemony aroma.  Rosemary oil has the ability to stimulate hair growth, boost mental activity, relieve respiratory problems and reduce pain.  This essential oil is wonderful for your skin, it helps tone your skin and removes dryness.  This oil is a perfect additive to soaps, lotions, hair care products and facial toners.  Rosemary oil is refreshing, stimulating, and invigorating.  It is a excellent treatment for oily skin, acne, hair, or as a scalp treatment promoting hair growth.  This amazing essential oil has the ability to help with memory retention, focus and alertness.

Rosemary Oil Uses:
  • Blend rosemary oil with a light oil of your choice, such as sweet almond oil or olive oil to create a massage oil.  Massage direct on your skin to help cure back pain, stiffness, aches and fatigue.
  • Add a few drops of rosemary oil into your bath water. Can quickly assist with mucus congestion, muscular aches, cramps, colds, constipation, diarrhea, coughs, bronchitis, mental and physical fatigue.
  • Use handmade rosemary soaps they are beneficial for improving blood circulation and clears clogged pores.
  • When rosemary oil is added to shampoo it not only increases the circulation to the scalp, it promotes hair growth.

Who doesn’t want healthy and thick hair?
Rosemary essential oil has a wealth of benefits, it is a oil that I will not live without.
